Recruit Rooster Inside Sales Account Executive in Indianapolis, Indiana
Responsible for generating and securing career site and creative revenue through the identification & acquisition of new business with a consultative sales approach. Achieve goals by selling consultatively, identifying and developing leads, setting appointments, conducting account research, leading sales calls, creating relationships that lead to new business opportunities, building and offering recruitment marketing solutions, and moving employers through a defined consultative sales process.
- Prospect canvasing and research through various channels to identify revenue opportunities, leads and prospects within member/customer communities and then regularly conduct in-person sales calls to secure sales. Includes traveling to customer sites, presenting high-level analytics information in person and online, and administration and maintenance of prospects and new customers.
- Generate new leads and source new opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound efforts.
- Continually Monitor and Report the Internet and Digital Recruitment Landscape.
- Proficient with Microsite Office Suite, specifically PowerPoint and Excel.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 3+ years’ experience within recruitment, digital landscape, or web-related services.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Proven history of account retention and growth.
- Knowledge or interest in web development.
- Strong time management skills.
